Brett W. Glaze, RCDD
Brett is just one of over 6300 BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designers in the world and has over twenty years experience in the telecommunications industry. Brett has his BBA in marketing from Ohio University. He has served in many different capacities with other companies ranging from sales to service, project management to design and consulting. Put his experience and knowledge to work for you.
Larry M. Henry, RCDD
Larry is also a BICSI Registered RCDD, after serving in the United States Coast Guard and Captain of a Supply Ship. He has dedicated the past eighteen years to designing, supervising, and managing telecommunications installations. He has traveled to many manufacturing plants and observed the manufacturing process and quality assurance programs. This has given Larry a broad knowledge of the industry that can be of great value to you as the "Customer." Dedication to customer satisfaction is his main priority.
Debbie Flake
Debbie has been with Glaze Communications Services over 6 years as Office Manager. She has a degree in accounting and brings over 30 years of management experience, ranging from Corporate Accounting to owning her own small business. Her duties with GCS include cash management, financial statement preparation, as well as contract billing.
David Duff
David is retired Navy and has his A.S. in Network Services Technology from Pensacola Junior College, is a Cisco CCNA and carries a Comptia A+ certification. He enjoys playing golf in his spare time. Dave was a Project Superintendent and specialized in new construction and renovation products. Harold Wildman
Harold has been performing cable installations for the past ten years. Harold carries a Panduit factory certification for copper and fiber optic systems and has performed installations at the Escambia County Sherriffs Department and Escambia County High Schools. Most recently he was the Project Superintendent at the new Walton High School.

Robert Dyke
Robert specializes in supervising and managing telecommunications installations. Robert has several manufacturer certifications under his belt. He has over twelve years experience in the telecommunications cabling field and has performed installations at Woodham High School, Wayne Dalton and others.

Ben "Allen" Mason
Allen started in the telecommunications industry in August 1993. He has been involved in many cabling projects for our local schools which included the installation of CAT5e, coax and fiber optic cables. His experience is diverse and includes working on retrofits of existing buildings, new construction and additions, performing maintenance and service requests for government, military and medical organizations. Allen looks forward to having the opportunity of "being at your service."

John Kenney
John has been working in the telecommunications industry for fourteen years. He works as a Project Superintendent at Glaze Communications Services. John has a great deal of knowledge and experience with all types of copper and fiber optic cables. John is certified trough Panduit, Hubbell and Molex.

Mike Ratliff
Mike was formerly enlisted in the US Army where his duties included multi-channel transmissions systems installations and maintenance. Mike has over ten years experience in the telecommunications industry and has various manufacturer certifications. He also has extensive knowledge of computer networks, audio visual, and closed circuit television systems.
