Our office is in Gulf Breeze, FL , where we primarily service Northwest Florida from Port St. Joe to Pensacola and parts of South Alabama. Projects outside our primary service region are reviewed and considered based on scope, resources, and time frame.

Brett W. Glaze, RCDD

Founder & President

Brett earned his BBA in marketing from Ohio University before relocating to the Pensacola area in 1983. He has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and is one of just over 7500 BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) in the world.

Brett served in several capacities, including sales, service, project management, design, and consulting with other companies before establishing Glaze Communications Services, Inc.

Henry.Larry

Larry Henry, RCDD

Operations Manager

Larry served in the United States Coast Guard and was a Captain of a supply ship before dedicating his career to telecommunications. He began as a field technician in 1990 with Coastal Computer Connections, moving into a project management position in 1995.

Larry has been a BICSI RCDD since 1998 and has been a part of the GCS Team from the very beginning, helping the company grow into the leading telecommunications company in the area.

Raphael Pereira, RCDD, TECH

Project Manager

Raphael has been in the communications field for 26 years. He earned a Bicsi Technician certificate in 2016 followed by the R.C.D.D. credential in 2020. He is proud to be a part of the Glaze Communications team since August of 2013 and has handled multiple large projects such as the four story children’s hospital for Sacred Heart Hospital main campus as well as the addition of the state-of-the-art PICU/PACU surgical site. He proudly was part of the four story Santa Rosa County Judicial Center as well as the Project Forman for the ten story Baptist Hospital recently built which has over 10,000 copper data connections and over 1000 fiber optic terminations spread out over 20 communications rooms.
