Our office is in Gulf Breeze, FL , where we primarily service Northwest Florida from Port St. Joe to Pensacola and parts of South Alabama. Projects outside our primary service region are reviewed and considered based on scope, resources, and time frame.

Meet the Team
Brett W. Glaze, RCDD
Founder & President
Brett earned his BBA in marketing from Ohio University before relocating to the Pensacola area in 1983. He has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and is one of just over 7500 BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) in the world.
Brett served in several capacities, including sales, service, project management, design, and consulting with other companies before establishing Glaze Communications Services, Inc.
Raphael Pereira, RCDD
Cable Operations Manager
Raphael has been in the communications field for 26 years. He earned a Bicsi Technician certificate in 2016 followed by the R.C.D.D. credential in 2020. He is proud to be a part of the Glaze Communications team since August of 2013 and has handled multiple large projects such as the four story children’s hospital for Sacred Heart Hospital main campus as well as the addition of the state-of-the-art PICU/PACU surgical site. He proudly was part of the four story Santa Rosa County Judicial Center as well as the Project Forman for the ten story Baptist Hospital recently built which has over 10,000 copper data connections and over 1000 fiber optic terminations spread out over 20 communications rooms.
William (Bill) K. Quinn, RCDD
Cable Project Manager
With nearly three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, Bill Quinn has demonstrated a consistent commitment to excellence and technical expertise. Since beginning his career in 1996, Bill has achieved significant milestones, including earning his BICSI-certified Technician (TECH) designation in 1999 and his Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification in 2000.
Bill has held a range of leadership roles, including Estimator, Construction Manager, and Project Manager, bringing valuable experience to each. As a Construction Manager, he successfully oversaw operations across four remote offices in Florida and Alabama, managing diverse teams and ensuring seamless project execution.
Throughout his career, Bill has managed numerous large-scale construction and renovation projects across various sectors, including Military, Education, Healthcare, and Industrial industries, among others. His well-rounded experience and project management acumen make him an invaluable asset to any complex telecommunications projects.
